Gary and I spent the night at Sara’s
last night so he could watch the Richmond NASCAR race. A person who shall remain nameless won,
but Dale Jr came in second. Gary
was not happy about the winner.
Sara made us a wonderful breakfast of homemade waffles, bacon and
sausage. We mostly lazed around
the rest of the day. You know I
can take a nap anytime.
Cara made Peepa a human slide. She had so much fun sliding down his
legs.

MONDAY, APRIL 30, 2012
Gary fixed the fuel gauge that was broken
when we crossed Albemarle Sound.
We are doing research on the best place for Allison to pick us up to visit
Niagara Falls. She thought that
while she has a car that close it would be the perfect opportunity to see the
falls since we won’t be coming back this far north on the boat.
We’ve decided to meet Allison and the kids
at Liberty Park near the Statue of Liberty on Thursday, May 31, give or take a
day or two. She will start up to
New York with Sara and Brian on Memorial Day. These are tentative plans of course. We will probably start to New York
again on Monday providing the weather is better. The weather is predicted to get sunny and warm since we’re
leaving.
